You might be experiencing

  • Feeling constantly on edge, anxious, or unable to fully relax

  • Memories or reminders that bring back intense emotions

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, or the people around you

  • Difficulty trusting others or feeling safe in relationships

  • The ongoing impact of discrimination, racism, or other harmful experiences

How therapy can help

Trauma can shape how you see yourself, others, and the world. Therapy offers a safe, steady space to understand how your experiences affect you today, build tools to feel more grounded, and begin to heal at your own pace. You stay in control of what you share and when.

Our approach

Our work is anti-oppressive and trauma-informed, which means we prioritize safety, choice, and collaboration in every session. We recognize that trauma can come from individual events as well as ongoing experiences such as racism and marginalization, and we honour the strength it has taken to get where you are.

What to expect

Sessions are 60 minutes ($155) and take place virtually through a secure video platform, so you can join from anywhere private in Ontario or across Canada. Direct billing is available through TELUS Health eClaims, GreenShield, Sun Life, and Medavie Blue Cross. Every journey starts with a free 15–30 minute consultation.
