You might be experiencing

  • The emotional toll of racism, microaggressions, or discrimination

  • Feeling like you have to code-switch, shrink yourself, or work twice as hard

  • Exhaustion from being “the only one” in your workplace or school

  • Questions about identity, belonging, or navigating multiple cultures

  • Past therapy experiences where you didn't feel fully understood

How therapy can help

Racialized stress is real, and its effects build over time. Therapy offers a space where you don't have to explain or defend your experiences. Together, we'll name what you've been carrying, process its impact, and strengthen the tools and support that help you feel grounded in who you are.

Our approach

Supply the Change was founded by a Black Registered Psychotherapist to be a space where BIPOC clients see themselves reflected in their care. Our anti-oppressive, culturally responsive approach recognizes how systems and lived experiences shape mental health, and honours your identity, culture, and resilience.

What to expect

Sessions are 60 minutes ($155) and take place virtually through a secure video platform, so you can join from anywhere private in Ontario or across Canada. Direct billing is available through TELUS Health eClaims, GreenShield, Sun Life, and Medavie Blue Cross. Every journey starts with a free 15–30 minute consultation.
