Meet Annmarie Etuk

Hello! My name is Annmarie Etuk-Campbell. I am the practice owner.

As a Black Registered Psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor and pursuing my Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I am here to provide you with personalized therapy sessions. Born in Canada to Jamaican and Nigerian heritage I bring a unique multicultural perspective to work. I work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach that honours your lived realities, including racialized stress, complex grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional burnout. Together, we create space for reflection, healing, and skill-building at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.

My work is especially supportive for those navigating loss (including ambiguous or unacknowledged grief), past or present trauma, and moments of significant personal or professional transition. Therapy with me is not about fixing you, it’s about helping you reclaim your voice, strengthen your coping, and write your own healing story.

Clients find their way to me when they’re ready for a change, when they want to feel truly seen, understood, and supported. They’re looking for a space where they can breathe, reflect, and begin to heal without judgment.

I became a therapist because I wanted to be representation in the field, to show that healing spaces can reflect the diversity, culture, and experiences of BIPOC clients. I bring empathy, humour, and compassion into every session, walking alongside you as we untangle life’s challenges, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we create a safe, compassionate space where transformation feels possible, and real, lasting change begins.
